Visit the Lost 40, an unlogged virgin forest, scientific and natural area, home to majestic 300-400 year old pines.We will explore the Big-Bog Recreation Area near Washkish. The mile long bog boardwalk features blooming orchids, cranberries, pitcher plants, and other natives. We will stay overnight at a hotel on the south side of Lake Bemidji.
