Program: Horticulture Committee “Growing and Cooking Root Vegetables”
Speakers: Courtney Tschida, Community Outreach Manager at the Minnesota State Horticultural Society & Beth Jones, Executive Chef at the Campus Club, University of Minnesota. Courtney will speak from experience about growing root vegetables and Beth will join us via zoom from her kitchen to cook up a delight with the same vegetables.
