Program: Horticulture and Conservation Committees

Speaker: Professor Don Wyse, PhD, Co-Director of U of MN’s Forever Green Program and Forever Green Staff

“New Crop and Farming Practices for Minnesota’s Farmers: Perennial Wheat, Third Season and Winter Hardy Annual and Perennial Crops Look to Help Minnesota’s Farm Economy and Watersheds.”

Field Trip of crops just 4 blocks away,  

Catered lunch includes bread made from perennial wheat (Kernza) and other Forever Green foods.
