SUMMARY:Photography Tour. Monica Moses Haller's Studio
DESCRIPTION:Monica Moses Haller Studio Tour \nMonica is an Art Professor at the University of Minnesota and her work spans media including photography\, video\, writing and installation. Haller’s recent work brings her to the eroding wetlands of the Louisiana coast\, land that has been in her family for six generations. This work explores the philosophies of ownership\, the social construction of race\, and the possibilities of this wetlands’s terrain.  Monica’s work is exhibited in the US and internationally at museums and public spaces including Pompidou\, Paris\, the Minneapolis Institute of Art\, the Brooklyn Museum and along the Mississippi River. Tour her studio where Haller will talk about her work and process.
